Welcome to Manhattan Apostille LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our mobile notary and apostille services, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms outline our policies regarding service limitations, shipping disclosures, government processing times, and other essential aspects of our business operations.
All payments for notary and apostille services are non-refundable. If an apostille request must be processed again due to no fault of ours (e.g., incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client), a new service request and full payment will be required.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when requesting notarization or apostille services. Any errors, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information are the client’s sole responsibility.
Once documents are handed over to a third-party carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL), we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. While we strive to meet estimated timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are subject to the carrier’s policies.
Processing times with the Department of State, the Secretary of State, and other agencies may vary. While we make every effort to stay within the estimated timeline, we have no control over government processing delays.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or service failures due to uncontrollable events, including but not limited to:
Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or explain the contents of documents. Notarization only verifies the signer’s identity and willingness to sign. It does not validate the legality, accuracy, or enforceability of a document.
We respect client confidentiality. Any personal information collected will only be used for service fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Per state regulations, service fees may include:
Apostille processing times are based on government agency timelines and are subject to change. Clients are responsible for ensuring that:
If the apostille process needs to be restarted due to incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the client, an additional service fee will apply.
These Terms of Use may change at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any updates.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
